Tracking Number: A unique tracking code for your shipment
Carrier Information: Details about which courier is delivering your package
Tracking Link: A direct link to track your package in real-time
Simply click the link in your email to monitor your delivery status. If you don't receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.

Can I exchange an item
Absolutely! We want to ensure you have the perfect BÜBBI carrier.
Exchange Process: If you need a different size, color, or style, we're happy to help with an exchange within 14 days of purchase.
How to Exchange: Contact our customer service team at bubi.css@gmail.com with your order number and details about the exchange you'd like to make.
Shipping: We'll provide a prepaid shipping label for your return. Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll ship your replacement at no additional cost.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
