Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Conditions:

  • You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags attached.
  • Certain items, such as personalized products or final sale items, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact us at bubbi.css@gmail.com or through our contact form on the website. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: We'll provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item, including the return address. Please do not send back items without prior authorization.
  3. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective or incorrect2 item). We recommend using a shipping service with tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued in the form of a digital gift card equal to the value of the returned item. This gift card can be used for future purchases on our online store. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We do not offer direct exchanges.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt) with photos of the defect. We'll do our best to resolve the issue quickly, either by replacement or a refund in the form of a digital gift card.
