• Other Countries: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking:

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online.

Delivery Address:

It's your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or missed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Conditions:

• You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags attached.
• Certain items, such as personalized products or final sale items, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description.

Return Process:

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued in the form of a digital gift card equal to the value of the returned item. This gift card can be used for future purchases on our online store. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and your digital gift card to be sent.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Damaged Items:
