Returns and Exchanges

Return Conditions:
- You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags attached.
- Certain items, such as personalized products or final sale items, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description.

- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective or incorrect2 item). We recommend using a shipping service with tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued in the form of a digital gift card equal to the value of the returned item. This gift card can be used for future purchases on our online store. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and your digital gift card to be sent.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately4 (within 48 hours of receipt) with photos of the defect. We'll do our best to resolve the issue quickly, either by replacement or a refund in the form of a digital gift card.
